Terms & Conditions
Dear Guests! We would appreciate you complying with the following points for your health and safety and for the convenience and comfort of the rest of the guests staying at the hotel. It is important to respect their needs for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Guests are obliged to observe the provisions of these Rules. In the event that a guest is in breach of these rules, the hotel has the right to repudiate the agreement on the provision of accommodation services before the agreed period has elapsed.
Booking & Reservations
- All rooms suggested to the client as accommodation variants are available at the time of request. Until the definite booking is made these rooms are considered to be vacant and therefore may be rented by other clients.
- To make a reservation, please, contact our hospitaliity managers by email, phone or ICQ and we will gladly answer your questions, check the availability for the chosen dates and make a prebooking.
- A definite reservation is made either by means of a deposit or by credit card guarantee.
- To guarantee your booking, you may pay the 1st night deposit: 1) cash (come and pay directly at Acme hotels) 2) money transfer Western Union, Migom, Contact 3) cashless settlement (available only for Russian guests\companies) NB!: The deposit is nonrefundable under any circumstances
- Guarantee your booking with credit card: We accept Visa or MasterCard. Your credit card will not be charged, it is only required to guarantee your booking. You will pay for your stay at the hotel upon arrival NB!: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night + 7% bank transaction fee will be charged.
- Payment of deposit \ credit card guarantee indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions and that you have read the property description, and you are aware of your own rights and obligations as well as you implement the “Acme” hotel’s policy in terms of rooms' reservation, cancellation and payment issues.
- Room rates shown on our website are per room, per night and include all taxes, fresh linen, towels and breakfast.
- As soon as the prepayment is made, we email you a Reservation Confirmation with a unique number. Thus, the definite booking is made. Please bring this confirmation number with you, together with proof of your identity, when you check in. The final balance (minus the deposit) of accommodation cost is due for payment in cash on the day of arrival.
- The person named in a booking must be the person who actually will be staying. Check-in will be denied to anyone not accompanied by the person named in the booking
Payment Options
- Credit card (Visa and Mastercard). If you wish to book the hotel by credit card, inform the hospitality managers about it and get ready to provide us with your credit card details (a special authorization form and the detailed instructions on how to proceed with the booking form will be sent to you by email). Note that there is a 7% bank transaction fee applied to deposit credit card charges, and 10% bank transaction fee to balance credit card charges
- Money Transfer. If you wish to make a deposit by money transfer (Western Union, Contact etc), please, note it in the inquiry – our managers will get back to you with detailed instructions on how to proceed
- Cash payment. You or your representative is Saint-Petersburg may come to the hotel and make the payment for the provided services.
- Cashless settlement. This payment option is appropriate only for the Russian companies and tourists. Please, contact our managers for with detailed instructions on how to proceed.
Cancellations
- If you guarantee your booking with the 1st night deposit, in case of cancellation you won’t get this sum back since the deposit is nonrefundable under any circumstances.
- If you guarantee your booking with credit card details, you may cancel your reservation up to 7 days before date of arrival and no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night + 7% bank transaction fee will be charged.
- All cancellations must be made in writing by email, post or fax.
- In case of cancellation made by the Company the deposit will be refunded
Check in & Check out
- The regular check-in time is 14:00 (2pm) Check-out time is 12:00 (noon)
- The sum is equal to half-day accommodation if a guest departs 12.00 – 18.00 (6pm) / arrives 8.00 – 14.00 (2pm); and to full-day accommodation if a guest departs after 18.00 (6pm) / arrives before 8.00
Accommodation rules
- The hotel is only authorised to accommodate properly registered guests for a certain period of time according to the booking list and accommodation confirmation.
- Guests should always make sure that you know the location of the emergency exits, fire alarms and fire extinguishers.
- Disruptive behaviour, loud music late at night or early in the morning, any other breaches of regulations are not tolerated. Failure to comply with this will cause penalties and fines.
- Upon departing, guests are obliged to turn off all water faucets, as well as the lights in the room and its facilities, and to shut the door as they leave.
- You are welcome to invite guests to your room for a period of 8.00 (8 am) - 23.00 (11pm) daily. But your guests are to present their valid national ID card or passport, or any other valid proof of identity to the relevant hotel employee immediately upon arrival.
- do not let an outside person into the your room and make them use the various equipment or articles found in the room.
- do not bring and keep the following in the hotel: strong smelling items, extremely large things and extremely high amount of items, a volatile oil or gunpowder that could ignite easily, firearms and swords that are not legally permitted.
- do not smoke. Acme hotel is a non-smoking establishment.
- do not install a foreign object on the hotel itself or on equipment and don't move things to other parts of the hotel and do not take items or equipment from the hotel outside or to other places in the hotel.
- do not use fire starting devices, irons, etc. for heating (excluding items provided by the hotel)
- do not bring pets with. Animals can not be accommodated in the hotel on any conditions
- The hotel has no strict responsibility for property, money, valuables, jewelry etc, which you leave in your room. So please keep all valuables with you when going out or use the safe deposit box at the reception.
- If a customer stays more than one night, we clean the rooms once in 3 days (empty waste baskets, make beds, dust and vacuum / wash floor and change towels if needed). Additional service is provided upon guest’s request for a certain fee.
- Guests are obliged to pay for any damage they cause, if they are unable to prove that they are not responsible for this damage.
- A guest knows and accepts that the video security system is installed in the hotel hallways and lobbies (except for the guest rooms and bathrooms).
- Complaints by guests and any possible suggestions for improving the hotel’s activities are received by the hotel management
Additional comments
- The “Acme” hotel reserves the right to make changes in the Terms and the Conditions Statement, so please check before each use for changes.
