I spend a week(17/08/2012-23/08/2012) in Rubistein 23 and aim grate ful of the help I received from the girls at the desk the only thing please repair the Lift and try the solve the problem of that smell when you come in for the rest keep up the good work

Thank you for the comments, and we are sorry you didn't like the hotel.

Non of our establishments occupy a separate building - as many mini-hotels in St.Petersburg Elegy doesn’t have a separate entrance and guests use the communal staircase and elevator, that do not belong to the hotel. It's the city property, which should be and actually is reconstructed and cared for on the regular basis by the corresponding city maintenance staff. Obviously, the hotel cannot be responsible for any part of the building, which does not belong to the hotel.

As for the the hotel's condition, we have certain accommodation & housekeeping & maintaince rules, ensuring that all our rooms are cleaned properly and all facilites are in order and some meals are served, but obviously there's a huge difference between our hotel and a 4* star Novotel/Park inn in all these matters. Our standards are perfectly in compliance with the accommodation type & value for money, we have many feedbacks from our customers published on various websites and online reservation systems, underlining all advantages and disadvantages of our hotels.Please, accept our apologies for any caused inconveniences, but we did our best to provide you as well as other guest with good rooms and services.

If you were not satisfied by the hotel, you should have immediatedly contacted the booking department for relocation or booking cancellation - we wish our guests to be happy with thier lodging and by no stretch of imagination we wish to spoil anybody's vacation.

Dear ladies & gentlemen, I'm was staying at your Hotel Elegy from May 26. to May 28. 2012. It was my badest stay in my life. A Hotel Entrance who look a like a House is in construction and such a poor Mainentrance with no light in the ground floor a very dirty carpet in the room no.08 as well and a very poor buffet of breakfast. Only the staff was helpful and friendly. Anyway, it was my first and last stay at this Hotel.

As it was our first time in Russia we were apprehensive what to expect, but the Acme Hotel on Rubinsteina was very nice - lady who checked us in on reception was very friendly and helpful. The Pushkin room was perfect, and we felt comfortable and safe. We really felt at home. We will recommend to other English people, people and friends who are thinking of visiting. Thankyou :)

i would like to review your hotel. I will leave it here and you can use as you wish.

i have stayed in Nevsky 78 apt Hotel 2 times now in 3 different rooms/suites. A 1 room, 2 room and 3 room apartment. All were clean and well serviced and warm in the winter. The one's at the back are quieter if you want more peace, but the ones on the main street are still not too noisy at night. The staff are very polite and friendly and their English very good (i am English) and i found them all very helpful with any questions or requests i had. The hotel is well situated and there are many bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Shopping too is very local and caters for most needs. Being on the 5th floor is not a problem for me, but may be for older guests, but should not deter people from staying here. The room rates are very reasonable, especially if you're on a smaller budget and the taxi fare to and from the airport is reasonable too, but varies according to time of year. I would definitely stay here again and probably will.

What can i say about Acme staff in Rubinstein st in St Petersburg. I don't know where to start. The girls working there have been all great but one in particular Ksenia or i guess the whole name being Ksyusha Koryukina has been incredibile. I had an accident and after she finished her shift(24hrs, yes you read right 24hrs) she has been another 10hrs with me taking me to 2 different hospital and police as well and left me only after i reassured her i was ok. So you are going to be looked after in the hotel with other useful tips. To Acme bosses, don't let this amazing girl leave your hotel.

I wish to say thx a lot for the reception staff especially for Ekaterina Apalkova, extremely responsive and communicative. Hotel is also good, nice rooms and good place just next to nevsky prospect, and highly recomended by me restarant called "Merhaba" on Fontanka, they have nice shisha :)

We had reservations on Malaya Morskaya in early June. The cab picked us up as arranged and took us to the hotel. Later, we discovered that our location had been changned to the Rubenstein location without a word to us. The cab driver knew, the desk staff had all our information, but no one bothered to tell us. Since we made our reservation based on the location, it was an unpleasant surprise discovered when we went out for a walk and got completely lost. Based on that fact alone, we would not recommend ACME unless you truly do not care where you end up.

My friends and I have stayed in the Acme Hostel recently. We highly appreciated the services provied by the staff there. They speak good English and are very helpful.

In addition, the hostel is close to the metro station, really conventiently located.

I would definitely stay in this hostel again if I revisit St. Petersburg in future.

Great little mini hotel with 5 bedrooms, selection of breakfasts provided in bedroom. Easy walks (30 min max.) to major sights. Staff more than willing to assist with any requests. Multiple good restaurants within 5 min walk. Thoroughly enjoyable stay.

July 20, 2009 - Anonymous has stayed in a "Standard Double Room" for 4 nights: This is a small but newly renovated hotel. The hallway, the rooms, bathrooms, are very new, clean, nice, and comfortable. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful and in general the atmosphere was very warm and friendly. The staff had adequate knowledge of English. The location is just perfect. It is a 10 minute walk from the Nevski Prospect metro station. I got a great deal for July, which is peak season. I would definitely stay there again.

The lift is very small. The entrance to the hotel is below average. There is only a small lobby/reception...considering this is a mini hotel that is expected.

April 29, 2009 - Ekaterina has stayed in a "Double Strelna" for 1 Night: location is great! very good breakfast, free wifi, good bathroom, everything is really nice and clean
